Many people dump their domestic pets in the National Park when they decide they don’t want to keep them any more. These animals do not naturally live in a National Park environment and can die or kill native animals.

Often confused with rodents, bandicoots are small, omnivorous marsupials. They are found throughout Australia, and can be common in coastal areas of NSW.
We have a community of Bandicoots here in the Park.
