Things to doBush Walking.If you're feeling adventurous, take the nature walk down to the Lane Cove River and discover the great attractions it has to offer. Activities - Our Holiday ProgramDuring holiday periods we offer two evening activities. Our activities program is free. However, a Gold Coin donation is appreciated. Bookings are essential, please enquire at reception. Nocturnal Animal SpottingOur resident wildlife carers give a talk about the local native animals and then takes you for a short walk around the park to see our possums, bats, bandicoots and other animals in their natural enviornment. Tours normally start around 6 to 8pm, depending on the time of the year. You should bring your own torch, some sturdy shoes, and something to pack the goodies in that our guys hand out. Eco Tourism Bush Regeneration and Conservation ActivitiesVisitors are encouraged and welcome to join a volunteer bush regen group during their stay at the park. Any visitors who join the Friends of Lane Cove National Park and undertake a conservation activity are entitled to an additional 10% discount off their site rates. There are a range of activities you can get into that really help our environment.
